Our company has provided integrated manufacturing of punched metal and wire net products since its establishment in 1937, and always with a desire to improve. All of our staff share information to contribute to our customers’ Monozukuri craftsmanship, with a passion endorsed by many years of experience. We have been working together with many cooperating factories for as long as our company has been in business. We can cover a wide range of services accompanying metal punching, up to secondary processing and surface treatment in anticipation of final finishing.

Our company is working hard in Osaka to quickly and appropriately sell standard punched metal and wire net products. Our company also plays an active role in order-made manufacturing of ornamental metal products. Our company handles various kinds of processing for punched metal and wire net products in addition to materials. We have experience in providing comprehensive interior finishing work, mainly for stores. We are not actively promoting this service, but we can make proposals by forecasting conceivable on-site issues with our products that do not appear in drawings or other design documents.

Our company has a small workforce, so we cannot do business using the force of numbers. We have established our own website enriched with images, and we make it easy for customers to understand our services by providing daily updates and improvements. We keep ourselves on standby for meeting customer requests, with our engineering sales staff ready to take immediate action. We have a system capable of rapid searches for customer transaction and inquiry data. We work hard every day to improve our in-house information-sharing system to solve issues about product use and selection, and to narrow down searches for desired products. We are a small company, but we have a history going back nearly 80 years. Our slogan is to change the means but not the products. We are working hard to play an active role in the next generation, with the courage to accept changes and the courage not to change.

We opened our website in 2005 and have been successively building up special product sites ourselves since then (currently four sites). Each of our products has a high ranking in web search results. Our market share has been increasing every year, and is now firmly maintained at a level over 30%. We also create many digital brochures ourselves and release them on our websites. We are always considering how a select few staff members can take on the challenge of doing business nationwide. Our company is always engaged in discussions on sharing information about a lot of customers by computer and the like so that we can provide detailed support. We have no plan for overseas expansion for the time being.

Our company provides components to companies manufacturing oil elements for automobile manufacturers. We have continued to provide major air conditioner manufacturers with cleanroom blow ports for many years. We also continuously deliver domestic store interior materials to super-brand stores outside Japan.

We use a domestic trading firm to export punched metal with microscopic holes that cannot be manufactured outside Japan. We do not support direct trading.
