We are good at processing ultra-precise parts for the automobile, aerospace and medical equipment industries. We cover the whole range of production from the development of prototypes of products and parts to their production. We accept customers’ orders for small-lot items unique to them. We can conduct special processing of titanium, inconel, SUH and other heat-resistant steels and precision processing of super-hard materials such as tungsten and powdered high-speed steels. We provide customers with proposals for optimal materials, heat treatment, surface preparation, or precision maintenance methods to suit the application using our accumulated expertise based on many years of technical R&D. We have conducted joint R&D on new materials with the Institute of Industrial Science, the University of Tokyo.
