[Company strength]
We process casting parts using a large cold forging machine. We can process products up to wire diameter 36 and up to 150 mm in length. We introduced large-scale cold forging equipment in 2011, and since then we have been supplying more precise products. We manufacture CNC lathes in-house, so we can also make use of this technology to offer equipment efficiency improvement and quick deliveries. We also make use of our advantages in equipment manufacturing generated by cold forging plus cost competitiveness of our machining products. We use a state-of-the-art 3D bender in pipe bending, and we have a significant share of headrest part production.



[Business description]
We manufacture and sell casting products and sheet-related parts for domestic Japanese and overseas automobile manufacturers and part manufacturers. We also manufacture and sell a wide range of CNC lathe products under our own house brand in Japan and abroad. We offer cold forging, machining, threading, and welding, and we can cover all processes including thermal treatment and plating by making use of cooperating factories. We can satisfy customer requests while advancing our original technology innovations in the field of cold forging technology and pipe bending.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Durability, strength, and corrosion resistance are required for seatbelt parts in order to secure safety. Material processing using advanced cold forging technology is required to achieve a high-quality product shape. Our parts are produced in integrated processing from cold forging to machining and threading. They satisfy customer requirements and have been adopted in countries around the world. We have acquired many patents for headrest parts. We apply this technology to process more than 100 types of products, including handling bending in thin pipe processing (thickness 1.0).

Most machine tools are sold overseas, so we will continue our plan to participate in exhibitions to promote overseas market cultivation. More than 40% of automobile parts are also sold overseas, so we will consider expansion according to the local procurement situation. We also want to do our best to continue to manufacture high-quality products by making use of the processing technology we have accumulated to date.

We have assigned staff members in charge of new clients and market cultivation in our sales department. We have also assigned two staff members in the Chubu region, one in the Kansai region, and one in the Kanto region to handle inquiries from customers. Four staff members support technical matters, and make direct visits to customers in cooperation with the sales department.

We deliver casting products to Honda Motor and Suzuki Motor, seat belt parts to Takata, vibration control metal fittings to Sumitomo Riko and Yamashita Rubber, seat headrest parts to Tokai Kasei, Inoac and NHK Spring, handle parts to Showa and Yamada Manufacturing, brake parts to Hosei Brake Industry and Nisshin Kogyo, and CNC lathes to more than 2,000 companies in Japan and overseas.
