[Company strength]
We manufacture approximately 10,000 automotive hydraulic pumps a month by managing one-ten thousandth of a millimeter by a dedicated machine designed in-house and an automatic measuring instrument to manufacturing and quality management of automobile hydraulic pumps. We can benefit from the experience of special steel processing to provide integrated manufacturing from the selection of raw materials, machining, and heat treatment to quality management, and can manufacture even one part.

[Business description]
Our principal business is machining (cutting and grinding) and heat treatment of special steel, and integrated manufacturing up to quality management. In particular, we handle the mass production of vanes for automotive hydraulic pumps. We also manufacture parts related to nuclear power generation, parts related to aerospace, artificial joints, magnetic material parts, heat-resistant material parts, industrial blade parts, custom knives, etc. In 2009, we installed a discharge plasma sintering system and have since been producing various sintered materials on consignment. We also manufacture and sell “STC” super thermally conductive material developed jointly with the Shimane Institute for Industrial Technology.

We deliver high-quality products by standardizing all manufacturing processes under rigorous quality control standards for nuclear power generation parts.

[Representative's message]
We have provided highly reliable products to customers in Japan and abroad since our foundation in 1953. We have applied the skills that our founder had nurtured before WWII as a swordsmith and a grinder, to the technology for finishing parts of various shapes. The parts are formed from “Yasuki Hagane” (Yasuki Specialty Steel or YSS) with high precision. We mainly manufacture in-vehicle hydraulic parts and we also manufacture medical parts, aerospace related parts, nuclear power related parts, various high precision industrial blades, and similar products. We have already acquired quality certifications including TS 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14000, and are about to acquire JIS Q 9100 in 2016.
