Our company contributes to the electronic part industry by providing solder pastes.

Our company mainly manufactures solder pastes for electric and electronic parts on consignment. We have done business extensively in Japan, with customers including Fuji Electric Corporation, Mitsubishi Materials Corporation, and other manufacturers of electric and electronic equipment and semiconductors. We exported our products to OSRAM, Skyworks Panasonic, and Heraeus. Solder foils are difficult to handle, but we have confidence in our technology for punching such foils into round, square, and irregular pellets of various thickness and dimensions. We also possess technology for dipping copper alloy and other wires into molten solder for molten solder lamination. We have been increasing our business volume by satisfying various customer needs with these technologies.

[Company strength]
Our company manufactures solder pastes for electric and electronic parts, and we also draw and form wires. We have many years of experience in punching even solder foils that are considered to be too thin to punch. We form these materials into four-inch disks and other round, square, and irregular pellets of various dimensions. We can quickly and flexibly satisfy customer requests because we can create molds in-house. We also possess technology for dipping copper alloy and other wires into molten solder for molten solder lamination. This technology is used for pre-tinning because the lamination is hard to peel in comparison with electroplating.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can press even metals that are considered too soft to press, and form them into various shapes. We punch metals by pressing without using any oil, so washing is unnecessary after punching. Feel free to consult us even for small-quantity production. We can manufacture products up to 150 mm in diameter even when the thickness is 50 μm.

Our company has cultivated technology for punching thin and soft materials through many years of production for Nihon Handa. Major companies have been stably using our products for a long time. We also possess know-how regarding molten solder plating for pre-tinning. This is very helpful for process time reduction on the customer side. We will make use of this technology power and our quality management abilities to solve customer problems. Our company has planned to acquire ISO 14001 in succession to ISO 9001. We will strengthen our sales force to promote direct sales.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have staff in charge of handling new customers within the general affairs department, who respond to inquiries from companies. Staff members in the manufacturing department provide technical consulting, and particularly three people who are able to develop technologies. They directly visit customers as required for consulting and propose solutions. We can support overseas customers in English by making use of our group’s sites in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Penang.
