[Company strength]
We apply our advanced technology for welding various industrial plastics such as vinyl chloride, polypropylene, acryl, PVDF, PFA and polyethylene, and we have established a production system that meets all requirements in cutting, assembly, adhesion, welding, stress relief and finishing of small parts to large products, taking full advantage of the properties of resin. We handle everything from design to manufacturing, installation, pipework, ductwork, and maintenance of draft chambers. In addition to the manufacture of resin products, we also manufacture parts for canning equipment such as rectangular stainless steel tanks.

[Business description]
Plant piping construction, air-conditioning construction, processing of various resin parts, and manufacturing of PVC/PP units for supplying pure chemical solutions, and cleaning units for wafers and liquid crystal glass substrate for semiconductors. We also line metal piping parts and tanks made of general structural rolled steel or stainless steel, by using PVC, FRP, etc. for improved chemical resistance.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We manufacture supply units for chemical solutions, cleaning units, various rectangular tanks, etc., and equipment piping, for which advanced welding technology is required. Our welding technology allows precise control of the heat source position, temperature and welding pressure. Our technology for leakage testing and pinhole inspection ensures air tightness and water tightness and is highly evaluated by our customers. The current trend of switching from PVC, PP, etc. to super-engineering plastic is increasing in line with the increase in temperature and concentration of chemical solutions, and we have the processing technology to follow the trend.

[Representative's message]
We would like to become involved in product development that benefits society, such as simple water purification equipment and other disaster recovery equipment, based on the lessons learned from the Great East Japan Earthquake and striking a balance between our resin processing and piping construction. We would also like to explore the trend of resin-made automobiles towards the aging society, as well as fiber-related products, aircraft, smart mobility, medical care equipment and other products.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are not considering expanding overseas at present since we receive orders from customers who export domestically manufactured products. With respect to sales channel development, our president or a sales staff handles inquiries from major customers. In addition, our president mainly deals with technical issues, and we have a system whereby a sales staff or the production director visits the customer, as necessary, to solve problems.
