We are a special steel distributor. Our company has operation sites in Aichi Prefecture, and we stock mainly special steels, ordinary steels, nonferrous metals (such as aluminum), and other kinds of metals in general. We keep as much as 600 tons of material in stock at all times to satisfy needs for high-mix low-volume production. Our high-performance machining equipment and self-developed order and production control system allow us to handle orders in any quantity, from single articles. We set up a subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in early 2015 for overseas operations. The subsidiary functions as an inventory control, processing, and sales site, and distributes materials with a focus on Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Singapore.

Our company sells special steel materials. We have a site in Aichi Prefecture and all kinds of metal materials in stock, with a focus on special steel materials and non-ferrous materials like ordinary steel and aluminum. Our stock amounts to a high level of about 600 tons for high-mix low-volume production. We handle even single-piece production orders by using high-performance cutting equipment under an in-house order reception and production management system. We established a local corporation abroad in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam at the beginning of 2015. This corporation sells materials mainly to Southeast Asia, such as Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Singapore, as the site of inventory management, processing, and sales.

We are a locally based business, but we can provide speedy deliveries of products to neighboring prefectures as well as to other prefectures in Japan, or overseas destinations. We have an extensive stock of materials (600 tons), high-performance machining equipment, and an integrated order and production program that can handle orders in any lot size, from single articles. This is so we can satisfy needs for high-mix low-volume production. These resources allow us to satisfy demand from approximately 500 companies in Japan and overseas.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can fulfill steel orders of any origin. This is thanks to our stock from major Japanese manufacturers (including Sanyo Special Steel, Aichi Steel, and Daido Steel) as well as from Korean, Chinese, and Taiwanese suppliers. Our products are cut very accurately (+0.02 to 0.03 mm) with high-speed precision cutting machines, which is received favorably by our customers. This is because it results in cost reduction, due to the fact that less machining allowance is required. Our machines also help to enhance our productivity, because they feature a machining speed that is three times faster than conventional cutting machines.

Our subsidiary in Vietnam is a joint venture with a local company. This subsidiary makes use of the merits of joint funding in its sales activities, and targets both Japanese and local manufacturers. Our subsidiary is the first among the Japanese special steel distributors operating in Southern Vietnam to offer cutting, processing, and transportation services to customers. It accepts orders for small lot sizes, and delivers products with the necessary processing.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We enhanced our Japanese and English websites to facilitate inquiries from both domestic Japanese and overseas customers. Our Vietnamese subsidiary is also reinforcing its PR efforts and customer service. Our subsidiary has introduced a CNC milling machines (X = 700, Y = 370, Z = 370), CNC lathes (maximum turning diameter 275). It provides one-stop solutions with its equipment and partner factories to satisfy needs for comprehensive processing. We are expanding our overseas business in Vietnam under the leadership of our president.
