We assemble electronic components in a cleanroom environment and manufacture laminated block cores.
We assemble electronic components in a cleanroom environment, including components that we subsequently connect to LCD panels using ACF tape. We also manufacture and sell laminated block cores, which are presently used in reactors and are expected to expand to photovoltaic generation power conditioners, EV chargers, etc. We produce our block cores by laminating silicon steel sheets with epoxy resin, using a unique technology that was initially developed for manufacturing magnetic heads. We ensure high precision and low cost through our integrated production system that covers all processes from cutting by a cutting machine developed in-house, to epoxy resin lamination and thermal curing at 120C. To increase awareness of our products and promote sales, we have an action plan for PR activities at exhibitions and visits to manufacturers.
