We are skillful at making various design models and prototypes. We can carry out processing ranging from manual work to processing by a 5-axis machining center (MC).
We manufacture various design models, and prototypes and pilot molds of car parts, etc., manually and/or by machining. We have cultivated techniques through the manufacture of pilot molds using wooden forms, resin dies and metal dies. Using these techniques, we perform cutting including single part processing and small-scale mass production with the latest machine facilities such as a 5-axis machining center entirely in-house. We handle materials ranging from wood, clay, gypsum and plastic to very hard materials, and can handle processing sizes of up to 2,000 mm. We carry out detailed testing using a three-dimensional measuring instrument, and thus guarantee the accuracy of our products. We are considering introducing a water-jet working machine/wire working machine for processing carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP).

[Company strength] We manufacture precision-processed parts, using the latest machine facilities and techniques of Takumi (craftsman) which we have cultivated through manufacturing pilot molds for wooden forms, resin dies and metal dies for many years. We manufacture unique prototypes, which are mainly used for pilot molds for trial manufacture of car parts. These products require strict accuracy, and so we guarantee the accuracy of our products by carrying out detailed testing using a three-dimensional measuring instrument. We can deliver products quickly and accurately because we perform all processes in-house. [Business description] We have machine facilities capable of 3- to 5-axis processing simultaneously, and carry out cutting including single part processing and small-scale mass production in-house. Specifically, we manufacture various design models, prototypes and pilot molds of car parts, etc. manually and by machining. The main parts that we handle are design models of wheel caps, etc., and pilot molds of pressed parts. We also handle front lens cutting and ornamental panel processing for pachinko-related work. We also have a three-dimensional measuring instrument, which we use to guarantee the accuracy of our products. [Industry] Manufacture of wooden forms, prototypes and pilot molds [Strength of products/technologies] We carry out all manufacturing processes from receiving 3D data to preparing processing data, machining, finishing adjustment and delivery after inspection in-house. Customers demand greater sophistication, stable product quality, and faster delivery in recent years as parts become more complex in shape and processing of parts is done integrally. We flexibly respond to these changes. We can process products of up to 2,000 mm, and guarantee the accuracy of our products by using a three-dimensional measuring instrument. We meet customers’ needs using craftsman techniques of skilled workers, and our experience of handling all materials using the latest facilities. [Representative's message] We handle various materials such as wood, clay, gypsum, and plastic in general with a policy of doing everything in-house since our establishment. We now also deal with very hard materials, and can handle processing sizes of 20 m square to 1000 x 2000 by using 3- to 5-axis machining centers. We work hard during working hours and finish data creation within regular hours, then change the mode of machines to automatic operation outside working hours. We try to eliminate any disparities and unfairness in overtime work by making sure that all employees can do the same process work. We completed the inspection for the “Monozukuri subsidy” this time, and are considering introducing a water-jet processing machine/wire processing machine, with the aim of processing carbon fiber-based materials (CFRP). [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We obtained approval of a management innovation plan twice, obtained ISO certification, and were accepted for a Monozukuri subsidy grant, under our system of having a small number of members. We always seek to improve ourselves, and always challenge new things. We introduced a three-dimensional measuring instrument in this fiscal year which was indispensable for a new customer. We are now building our company structure so that we will be able to acquire new customers in different fields such as the robot industry.
