Good at the machining of non-ferrous light alloys, covering a single product to mass production

A precision components processor in the fields of medical care equipment, measurement equipment, aerospace, and robots. We are good at the machining of non-ferrous light alloys such as aluminum and brass; we perform NC lathing, milling machining, wire electric discharge processing, surface grinding, and more. We handle one-off items, such as jigs and trial products, to mass production. We can handle even the production of a variety of small-lot products with a lead time of two to three weeks. We constantly challenge difficult problems; recently, we successfully performed milling machining by using a fine tool of 0.1mm or less in diameter as well as fine processing with our wire electric discharge processing by using a fine wire of Φ0.07mm.
