We are a metal parts processing manufacturer that uses NC machine tools such as five-axis machining centers and combined lathes to respond to wide-ranging requests, from trial manufacturing to mass production of materials centered on nonferrous metals. A feature of our company is our active work in the processing of high-functional materials such as difficult-to-machine materials (Hastelloy, Inconel, and titanium) and magnesium alloys. Regarding the shapes that we can handle for processing, parts up to φ300 in diameter and 800 mm in length can be processed by lathe. Our machining center can handle parts with a total length of 400 mm, width of 300 mm, and thickness of 200 mm. For five-axis processing, we can handle parts up to φ150 in diameter and up to 150 mm in height.

Our selected group of skilled machine operators pay attention to production management and detailed cooperation, with our strength being able to accept small lot, high variety orders.
