We handle micromachining as a matter of course, and we also excel at machining paths that enable processing without polishing. We have been accumulating experience in this business for 27 years starting with the creation of processing data. We are not currently conducting sales promotion activities, and we have acquired our current customers through word-of-mouth communications. Our die manufacturing customers refer to us as a “temple of refuge” for die parts.

We excel at die part processing by making use of high-precision machining paths. We have achieved micron-order processing accuracy by making full use of high-speed machining centers in our operations. We also often accept orders requesting difficult processing. We take on technological challenges with the cooperation of machine manufacturers. We work hard to create programming according to the processing machine.

We were founded in 1989. Our company name indicates that we focus on improving operation rates in our customers’ NC milling machines and machining centers by creating NC data. The “service” in our company name appears to be uncommon for a manufacturer. It derives from our ideal to pursue systems that can create a three-dimensional shape when the on-site staff simply press the start button. We have made continuous efforts to provide attentive support to our customers. We hope to continue to refine our technology towards shortening processing times and further enhancing accuracy in order to achieve quicker deliveries, and to satisfy the requirements of more customers.

We conduct built-to-order manufacturing, and we also target Monozukuri craftsmanship by making the best use of our equipment, including die parts. An example of this is an HO-gauge railroad model we manufactured by taking advantage of our precision processing with a blade thinner than a hair (0.05 R ball end mill). We have registered our company on the Monozukuri Ordering Site (NC network), and we aim to cultivate new markets by advertising our technology and products.
