[Company strength]
We have specialized in manufacturing function-related parts from among automobile plastic parts since our foundation in 1952. Recently we have also been receiving orders and producing next-generation automobile parts. This is done by making use of plastic material strengthened by glass fiber and carbon fiber. We are now advancing new market development and studies on the latest technology such as 3D printers, mainly by our young staff members.



[Business description]
We are a manufacturer that produces plastics parts for automobiles by injection molding and soldering and processing. We mainly manufacture oil and cooling water reservoir tanks, and internal pressure adjustment parts for fuel tanks. Recently we have also been manufacturing hydrogen filling lids for hydrogen automobiles. We focus on manufacturing important security parts for automobiles that particularly require high precision, safety, and functionality.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Injection molding: We can produce stable product quality by making use of injection molding equipment that can stably secure dimensional accuracy at an air-conditioned factory site.
Welding technology: We can realize hollow-body articles (tanks) and so on. Parts are assembled using welding methods such as heat, ultrasound, revolutions (spinning), and vibration with the quality required by the customer.
 Measurement technology: We assure quality by conducting regular measurements using a three-dimensional measuring machine, roundness measuring machine, image measuring machine, load measuring machine, and so on.

Six young staff members make up the core of our R&D and market cultivation project team. Our ongoing new technology innovation and market cultivation efforts involve participating in outside development workshops, and so on.

[Joint research and development]
We conduct examinations, trial manufacturing, evaluation, and improvement proposals about presented specifications and ideas with the engineers of major companies, such as those listed here. Some of these have already been adopted.

We have been receiving orders from Toyoda Gosei since our foundation in 1952, and have continued to do business with Futaba Industrial for more than 30 years.
