[Company strength]
We supply various metal products to the public by using our wide range of outstanding facilities and processing techniques, centering on sheet metal processing and metal coating. We also quickly meet demands for multi-item small-lot processing at low cost by an integrated system covering designing, sheet metal processing, welding, coating and assembly. We deal with a wide range of work from trial manufacture to mass production. We employ many excellent technical experts including those who have gained national skills certification. One of our members won the championship and one gained second place at the 57th Kanagawa Prefecture Welding Technique Contest (Part 2: Semi-Automatic Welding) in September 2014.



[Business description]
We have been engaged in manufacturing and metal processing of equipment related to housing facilities, cases, and wheel axle parts since our foundation. We obtained a coating factory after the company’s foundation and established an integrated production system encompassing sheet metal processing, assembly, coating and packing. We meet customers’ needs with high quality at low price in a short delivery period.

We carry out processing, welding and assembly of iron, stainless steel and aluminum, and are particularly skilled at processing thin plates having a thickness of 0.5-3.2 mm. We can perform finishing based on coating because we have an in-house coating process, and offer excellent finishing quality.

[High-quality baking finish]
We have both a line-type baking and drying furnace and a fixed baking and drying furnace in the factory specialized in coating, and accept orders ranging from small lots to mass production. We offer both powder coating which is eco-friendly and solvent coating to produce various color variations.


[Representative's message]
We aim to be a community-based adaptable company offering convenience, based in Sagamihara City. We use expensive, high-performance facilities, techniques and know-how for a wide range of sheet metal processing, to ensure “Monozukuri (manufacturing)” with the minimum investment by customers. Our purpose is to help customers, mainly fabless companies centering on development.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We changed from a system dependent on one company several years ago, and with enough staff in our sales division, can handle many customers. We are now upgrading our in-house IT system based on conventional production management, and will construct a system for carefully responding to more customers and multi-item small-lot processing, for the future.
