A manufacturer of dies and molds established in 1977. We mainly manufacture and sell dies and molds for anti-vibration rubber for vehicles and hoses. Orders for dies and molds in the mass production of high precision rubber components, which consist of the basic components of fuel cell vehicles are increasing, thus expanding our business. We have a lot of business with the overseas factories of Japan-based companies to deliver our products, and we have Sumitomo Riko (former Tokai Rubber Industry) as one of our main customers. We use our know-how in relation to anti-vibration rubber dies and molds, which we have been accumulating since our foundation, to organize our system to comprehensively cover designing to manufacturing in-house. We transferred our operations to a new factory in 2017. We have installed a precision processing room, where we can control the temperature with a precision of ±1℃, making it possible to manufacture ultra-high precision rubber dies and molds and to respond to a variety of needs from our customers.
