Our business integration system is a comprehensive mission-critical enterprise system that includes management functions for sales, purchasing, inventory, and production fields. Only 15 years ago this kind of system only operated on office computers or general-purpose computers that cost from 50 million to 1 billion yen. We offer such mission-critical enterprise systems as cloud-based services. As long as you have a PC, you can use our service instantly, from anywhere in the world. Our system’s database also maintains interoperability with other products by making the design data available to the customer.

One of our current business partners is an inflight sales company. Their Japanese branch is the main contact, but we are increasingly using English in our exchange of emails. Business with overseas companies is becoming common these days. I feel that our comprehensive mission-critical enterprise system is maintaining its competitive advantage because the system is based on the past experience we gained in Japan. I think this made-in-Japan enterprise system will prove to be acceptable in Asia, when we consider their business practices. Our inventory control system with a handy terminal is sure to become popular in the West. This is because inventory control is about taking inventory, which should not be any different in Western countries.

President Shigenaga is currently the point of contact for negotiations. First of all, we need to enhance our business integration system, and then we will start to develop both domestic Japanese and overseas markets while stabilizing our business. We will continue to improve our products, as well as recruit and train new hires. We are a technology-oriented company. We need to have good products before marketing.
