An automobile-related parts manufacturer with both domestic and foreign operations – We also manufacture and sell light electric parts. We have a number of customers, mainly in the Kyushu area where their head offices are located, such as Unipres Kyushu, Toyotetsu Fukuoka, Topre Kyushu, Aisin Kyushu and Futaba Kyushu. We also have a track record of trading with overseas companies in China and Malaysia. We have a system for thoroughly handling design and manufacturing of molds, to manufacturing of products. We have developed a hydraulic press machine for small-scale pressing, thereby improving work efficiency. In addition, we work to maintain and improve quality by exercising our ingenuity in manufacturing dedicated jigs, and advancing “security”, “zero defect” and “work standardization”. We have a joint company in Shanghai, China, and a policy to accelerate overseas deployment through this company as a foothold.

[Company strength] We can respond to integrated production including design/production of molds through manufacturing products. We develop in-house hydraulic press machines responding to small-scale pressing, and exercise our ingenuity in not only work efficiency but also production of dedicated jigs, thereby aiming for “security”, “zero defect” and “work standardization”. In addition, we established a joint company in Shanghai, China, education and guide a local mold manufacturing company, and focus on active sales channel expansion for leading other companies. [Business description] We produce automobile-related parts thoroughly from pressing to weld assembly, and conduct design and manufacturing of metal press molds, welding jig and quality inspection tools, and maintenance and inspection of production facilities. In addition, we are ISO 9001 certified, thereby securing quality and establishing work efficiency. [Industry] Automobile-related parts and light electric parts manufacturing industry [Strength of products/technologies] We concentrate our efforts on quality assurance, and aim to enhance work while excluding failure factors when manufacturing molds. In addition, we introduced a “press molding simulation system J-STAMP” in mold designing, thereby reducing production costs and company-wide total costs.
