[Company strength]
We can perform insert-molding using small injection machines, in addition to general wire harness manufacturing. We possess coilers and thus can perform insert-molding of coils. In addition, we can handle cut products, pressed products, plated products and spot welded products in a one-stop manner in cooperation with electronic parts agencies such as J.S.T. Mfg. Co., Ltd. and Otax, wire and power cord sales stores and many other associated factories.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can conduct insert-molding of small-lot high-mix products (from approximately 100 pieces per month) using small injection machines. Our molds are as small as approximately 100x100x50 mm (WxDxH), with which we can manufacture original custom products at an initial cost of approximately one-tenth that of using a large molding machine. We can manufacture not only insert-molded products but also small quantities of individual molded resin products. We receive orders for production lot sizes of around 100-5000 pieces. We can handle larger numbers by constructing two mold sets. We currently deal with mainly PVC, PP, PBT and ABS resins.

We have participated in locally-held exhibitions in recent years, thus building up a sales network. We will focus on sales activities from now on, aiming to expand sales channels.

Our Managing Director and five salespersons handle inquiries from major companies. Our president, the Technical Department and the manufacturing manager handle technical inquiries.
