Our company is a prototype manufacturer established in 1978. Our business mainly targets the automobile industry. We have done business with major Japanese automobile manufacturers including Honda Motor, Toyota Motor, Suzuki Motor, Mazda Motor, Mitsubishi Motors, and Nissan Motor. We excel at dealing with high tensile strength steel sheets, which we handle using our lineup of hydraulic presses (1,600-ton, 800-ton, 300-ton, 60-ton, and 30-ton). We have other equipment in place such as 3D laser machining tools and CAD systems to satisfy various customer needs and expand our operations. We are currently reinforcing our automobile-related business, while eyeing full-scale entry into other fields.
- Know-how on high-strength steel plate processing and die processing
[Company Strength] Our strength is the ability to manufacture consistently, from the prototype phase (prototype mold production) to final product assembly. In addition to auto parts that we have focused on so far, we can meet all kinds of prototype needs. We accept orders for one-of-a-kind items. There are many young engineers in the company who live for the challenge.
[Product and Technology Strengths] Our company has 1600t, 800t, 300t, 60t, and 30t hydraulic presses, and is good at processing high tensile strength steels. With ample facilities such as 3D laser processing machines and CAD systems, we can perform all processes from casting to finish, according to customer needs.
[Business Description] Since its establishment in 1976, our company has manufactured high-quality prototypes for over 40 years. Among others, we are particularly good at prototyping pressed auto parts and building car frames called the white body.
[Company strength] Our strength lies in the fact that we can manage all phases of manufacturing from prototype die making to the finishing process. This allows us to satisfy needs for a wide range of prototypes for auto parts and also of other product types. The lot size can be as small as a single article.
