We excel at dealing with high tensile strength steel sheets, which we handle using our lineup of hydraulic presses (1,600-ton, 800-ton, 300-ton, 60-ton, and 30-ton). We have other equipment in place such as 3D laser machining tools and CAD systems to satisfy various customer needs and expand our operations. We are currently reinforcing our automobile-related business, while eyeing full-scale entry into other fields.

Other presentation
[Company strength] Our strength lies in the fact that we can manage all phases of manufacturing from prototype die making to the finishing process. This allows us to satisfy needs for a wide range of prototypes for auto parts and also of other product types. The lot size can be as small as a single article. We are a lively company with many young engineers who are willing to take on challenges. We have other equipment in place such as 3D laser machining tools and CAD systems to satisfy customer needs and conduct all manufacturing processes in-house from casting to finishing. [Representative's message] Our company has been operating in Suzuka City for over 40 years if we include the time when our founder was struggling on his own. We have not lost our appetite for challenges, and of course we are also preparing the next generation to take over. We hope to remain a company that has many young employees, and that keeps dreaming with such high-potential, enthusiastic staff with a forward-looking mindset. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We set up a subsidiary in Ayutthaya, Thailand in January 2014, but decided to close the business because we were unable to secure the expected sales. We intend to prioritize the domestic Japanese market for now, and focus on developing unique new products that no one else can offer. [Market share/Ranking] Honda Motor; Toyota Motor; Suzuki Motor; Nissan Motor. [Awards and media coverage] [Awards] [Media] Mid-Japan Economist; Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun. [Joint research and development] We made our own contributions when the Okinawa Mold Technology Institute was established. We have no ongoing projects at present, but we hope to take up new challenges if the opportunity arises. [Main Clients / Business History (domestic)] Primary automobile manufacturers in Japan (such as Honda Motor, Toyota Motor, Suzuki Motor, Mazda Motor, Mitsubishi Motors, Nissan Motor).
