[Company strength]
We have accumulated a wide range of knowledge and experience of electric heaters and manufacture a variety of heaters, including cartridge heaters, ranging in size from the world’s smallest, φ3.1 x 15 mm, to the world’s largest, φ16 x 2200 mm. We have 10 engineers with specialized knowledge and skills, and the manufacturing department handles special orders. With this specialist team, we are good at high-mix, low-volume production. In addition, we developed heat analysis software in-house based on our expertise and provide consulting services related to heat, including heat analysis and heat control, in addition to heater production. We aim to serve customers for all things related to heat.

[Business description]
We provide a whole range of electric heaters, including development, design, manufacture, and sale. We use a fully made-to-order system and meet heating needs in every field including medical equipment, semiconductor production equipment, and home electric appliances. We use the know-how and technical strengths accumulated from our manufacturing of only heaters since our foundation to provide the best solutions to customers’ heating needs. Our factory system can handle various manufacturing operations, ranging from manufacturing a wide variety of products in small quantities such as heaters for production facilities, to mass production of heaters for home electric appliances.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have a large amount of information, knowledge and skills about heat, including heat analysis software from our own development and test data, and can offer ideal proposals featuring high reliability from the design stage based on our rich experience through our combined forces of sales, engineering and manufacturing staff. We never compromise the predetermined level of product quality, including electric properties and dimensional accuracy, and have a quality assurance system that backs up our commitment. The end result is products with a longer service life. Compared with competitor products, we are proud of the extremely high insulation performance (= safety) for our single heaters. For example, the shipment insulation of a cartridge heater is 2,000 MΩ for our products compared with the average of 350 MΩ for competitor products.



[Representative's message]
In Japan, we already have many customers and continuously receive new inquiries. We hope that J-GoodTech will help our North American operations rather than our domestic operations because we are focused on expanding sales in North America.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
The North America Business Promotion Division reporting directly to the president was established in January 2014. The division consists of the president, one manager, who is on loan to a customer in Santa Clara, and an assistant manager. We signed a contract with two agents in North America and gave them exclusive sales rights in their respective territories. The manufacturing manager and engineering manager of each factory have already agreed to actively support the overseas operation plan, although not as their only role.

One of our main products (cartridge heater) is the leader in Japan by shipments and sales. Other major products are estimated to be ranked 5th to 9th by shipments and sales.
