Our company operates on independent capital, so we can procure raw materials from any material manufacturers in Japan or other countries. This is why we can recommend an optimal steel type for various needs (such as characteristics, quality, price, and supply). We can provide high-quality JIS type steels as well as the ASK series, which is our original brand offering high machinability and functionality. We always maintain our inventory at the highest level in Asia to ensure quick deliveries. We are also willing to make small-lot prototypes on the manufacturing side. Delivery to ASEAN countries is ensured by production sites in Japan, China, and Vietnam.

Our company is a bar and wire manufacturer. We are familiar with the field of special steels (free-cutting steel and free-cutting stainless steel), among other metal materials. We offer the best round bars and round wires in the industry, so you can use them for a variety of workpieces that are machined on automatic lathes.

[Strength of products/technologies]
(1) Our ASK-8000 is an advanced stainless steel for VA proposals that eliminates parts manufacturing processes (such as surface treatment).
(2) Our ASK series presents an extensive lineup of free-cutting steel and free-cutting stainless steel that enables high-speed cutting and heavy cutting. These products respond to needs for enhanced productivity in parts machining.
(3) We possess accumulated machining technology from over 80 years of operation in the industry. This is how we can offer high-precision machining for special steels, and also for other materials such as light metals and synthetic resins. 
(4) Cold-forged steels invariably have an internal stress that affects machining and thermal treatment in a negative way. We have established cold forging technology that can reduce internal stress.

We hope to permanently grow with our customers, so we will continue to properly make the necessary investments in equipment, R&D, and human resources. We should also maintain and strengthen our partnerships with material manufacturers in the future. This is how we will commit ourselves to further enhancing precision and machinability, reducing pollutants, and pursuing new functions (R&D). Everyone in the company including executives and staff are willing to work hard as a team. We will do this so that people will be glad they worked with us, even after 10 to 20 years. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our Tokyo HQ and Osaka branch have 30 domestic Japanese sales representatives and 7 export sales representatives. We also have newly established departments such as a sales planning office and innovation promotion office that are dedicated to developing new products and technologies. These efforts are meant to capture and satisfy various customer needs in a timely and sincere manner. We plan to take advantage of NC Network, the top plant search website, for market cultivation. We will constantly participate in domestic Japanese exhibitions to promote our new products and new technologies. We have already set up plants in China and Vietnam for overseas expansion. These plants can supply the same high-quality products as those made in Japan to the entire ASEAN region.
