We are an electrical equipment manufacturer that supports high-mix low-volume production.

Our company is an electronic equipment manufacturer established in 1972. We have an integrated system from design and part procurement to manufacturing. We are extending our business in a broad range of fields including factory automation (FA) equipment, medical equipment, marine equipment, electric power equipment, and equipment for the Ministry of Defense. We do business with about 100 companies, including Furuno Electric, CONTEC, Mitsubishi Electric Engineering, and IDEC. We have confidence in high-mix low-volume production and satisfy customer needs even for single-piece production. We can manufacture 500 product models a month. Our company also assembles electronic equipment, such as PC board mounting, harness processing, and unit assembly.

Our company excels at high-mix low-volume production (from single pieces). We provide safety and reliability based on our flexible production system capable of manufacturing 500 models a month. This is also based on the high technical power we have accumulated in manufacturing industrial equipment products that require a long operating life and high reliability.

Our company assembles electronic equipment (PC board mounting, harness processing, unit assembly) and manufactures control panels. We have a flexible order reception system for integrated production from design, part procurement, and manufacturing to spot order reception. We specialize in industrial equipment and have about 100 customers among manufactures of FA equipment, medical equipment, marine equipment, electric power equipment, and equipment for the Ministry of Defense.

Our technical power is applied in the fields of large-current, high-density circuits and multilayer boards where high technical production power unique to industrial equipment is necessary. We realize stable quality by means of our unique educational training system and data analysis. We make proposals from the trial manufacturing and development stage to ensure high quality and achieve low costs in mass production. This is done with high quality awareness and our accumulated technical power. We manufacture even single articles of customized products such as a testing device. We achieve this with integrated production from part procurement and board mounting to assembly and wiring to contribute to improving the turnaround.
