[Company strength]
We have constructed an integrated production system covering from mold design and manufacturing to sheet metal pressing, welding, coating, and assembly. We also support customer needs for high-mix low-volume supply. We make use of technology from one-shot pressing to robot processing according to the production amount. We possess large pressing machines in the 60-ton to 1250-ton class, so we have the processing capacity to provide flexible support according to your products. We can also quickly handle mold repairs and remodeling in cooperation with our mold making unit. We can accept divided delivery (up to 12 divided deliveries a day) according to the Toyota Manufacturing System at your request. This is done by applying our processing power to variable-mix variable-volume production. Such quick and flexible support is an advantage of our company.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We introduced the latest fiber laser compound machine in September 2014. This made it possible to process materials (such as copper, brass, aluminum, and highly corrosion-resistant steel plates) that had been difficult to process. We introduced a turret punch press (EM3510ZRT) and bending machine (EG6013AR) in a fully automatic system in September 2015, and achieved low costs, high quality, and quick deliveries. Our mold making unit has also introduced equipment (machining center, wire cut EDM, and plane grinding equipment) in order to achieve higher accuracy and quicker deliveries.

Our goal is to achieve Monozukuri craftsmanship with a human touch, which is the starting point of our company. We position our Japanese factory as a mother factory. We are aggressively introducing state-of-the-art equipment in order to develop and manufacture products with high quality and high added value. We have now arranged two overseas manufacturing bases in Guangdong Province, China, and we are planning to expand to the Philippines.

We conduct integrated production covering from mold manufacturing to pressing, coating, welding and assembly, so our engineers at each factory site will provide direct support. We have also prepared a corporate system that can support customers in Chinese and English.
