[Company strength]
We have focused on continuous training since our establishment, as well as skill transfer to meet requests from customers for processing smaller parts. This is why more than 100 of our employees have obtained national certifications for mold manufacturing, press working, and molding. Our company designs and manufactures precision dies and develops and designs automation devices under our own brand. 

[Business description]
Our company designs and manufactures precision dies. We also excel at precision metallic mold pressing, plastic injection molding, and insert/outsert molding, as well as hybrid manufacturing combining these technologies. We make use of these technologies to manufacture optical components (for digital cameras and other optical devices), and small electrical components for automobiles (automotive electronics). We also apply them to manufacturing communications devices, and precision parts for light electrical appliances and electronic devices.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company manufactures cameras, automotive electronics, circuit breakers, and advanced precision parts (such as contact parts, spring parts, switches, and connectors). This is done by blanking fine sheets with a precision die at micron-level accuracy, and applying caulking, plastic molding, and so on. These processes require high precision, so they are integrated with assembly and insert/outsert molding to realize continuous unattended operations so as to achieve both high quality and low cost.

Our company has been engaged in manufacturing under the corporate philosophy of making good products through creativity, enthusiasm, and harmony. Our main products are downsized products that are manufactured through multiple manufacturing processes. We have designed and manufactured precision dies for these products. We have simultaneously improved the quality of our precision dies, plastic injection molding, and insert molding as well as related technologies (multiple processing technologies integrated into a single automated process). Skill transfer from experienced workers is another focus of our company. Our Japanese employees are trained to have advanced skills so that we can offer solutions to our customers as well as quick deliveries, low costs, and high quality. We hope to continue to provide high-precision products, and demonstrate our technological strength to the world. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
The production technology support section is in charge of technical consulting. Staff from this section may visit the customer if it is necessary to solve problems. We focus on continuous training, and skill transfer from experienced workers. Our production technology development group is an example of such training, as our staff have built an excellent production system.
