[Company strength]
Our factory is authorized as a Class-1 pressure vessel manufacturing factory. Since the East Japan Great Earthquake, our pressure vessels have been installed in nitrogen generators to prevent hydrogen explosions at nuclear power stations. We have a large-scale water pressure inspection station of the highest level in West Japan. We produce more than 5,000 pressure vessels annually by carrying out all processes from manufacturing to inspection within the same factory. For metal working, we have a reliable system based on a group of highly skilled workers to meet orders which vary with the season.

We manufacture pressure vessels and other products for compressors and nitrogen generators that are essential for safety management at nuclear power stations. We are also engaged in metal working for industrial machines, agricultural machines, and automotive parts. We can produce multi-type products in small lots.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We developed a submerged welder for pressure vessels that provides the following advantages:
1. Current, voltage, speed, and other welding conditions can be made constant,
2. Penetration is deep but sputtering is less, and
3. Beautiful welding beads can be obtained.
These features deliver unrivaled quality and appearance. Our highly skilled workers can provide not only iron but also stainless-steel products by TIG welding.  We have an integrated metal working system for small-lot multi-item production by deep drawing using a hydraulic press, laser processing, turret punch pressing, and press braking.

Our company celebrated its 70th anniversary this year. We have accumulated considerable knowledge and experience during our long history of pressure vessel manufacturing. We are extending our sales channels for thick-wall cylindrical reservoirs and welded and assembled thin parts and we are expanding into new fields including the bridge, shipbuilding, medical, welfare, environmental, and food industries. We are also studying overseas expansion with Southeast Asia in mind.

We have appointed multi-skilled workers in charge of sales and we have always promoted close collaboration between the sales department and the manufacturing and quality assurance sections. Therefore, we can quickly respond to customer inquiries about cost, lead time, and quality. We make proactive proposals to customers based on the strong collaboration between departments.

[Market share/Ranking]
Our company holds the largest production capacity for pressure vessels in West Japan. In December 2012, our total production output reached 300,000 pressure vessels. Our shipments account for about 60% of the inspection windows for powder transport plants that are used in the powder milling, cement, and environmental business industries of Japan.
