[Company strength]
We have changed our production system from a conventional lot system to a variable-mix/variable-volume production system. This was done in response to increasingly diverse customer needs such as trial manufacturing, high-mix low-volume production, and mass production. This production system involves constructing a single-article manufacturing line with multiple-process handling, and we conduct multiple-table handling and nighttime unattended operation. We have also prepared a varied line-up of equipment in order to support customer requests. 

[Business description]
We conduct consignment manufacturing of fighter aircraft jet engine parts for the Ministry of Defense, jet engine parts for private airlines, parts for space development equipment, and so on. This is done by making use of the advanced processing technology power we have been cultivating for many years. Jet engine part manufacturing accounts for 70% of our sales. We also manufacture parts related to medical treatment and industrial machines.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our advantage (strong point) is our precision processing technology for difficult-to-machine materials, which we have cultivated through machining aircraft jet engine parts since our foundation. This advanced manufacturing technology power is also utilized in producing space development equipment parts for JAXA. We handle difficult-to-machine material processing in various industries. Stainless steel, Inconel, Kopal, titanium alloy, Hastelloy, tantalum, and cobalt alloy are examples of the difficult-to-machine materials we work with.

[Representative's message]
Our company was founded in 1961 by 10 staff members who shared a common ambition and situation and by integrating the abilities of each person. We have mainly manufactured aircraft jet engines since our foundation, and have refined our precision machining technology for the difficult-to-machine materials that are used for engine parts. We have handled rocket engine parts and space equipment parts, and also focus on manufacturing medical equipment parts. These are used for applying pinpoint heavy particle beam radiation onto cancer cells in a cancer patient. The heart of Monozukuri craftsmanship is the starting point of industry, and we will contribute to society through Monozukuri craftsmanship. We also want to take on the challenge of various types of machining, and to satisfy the requests of many customers.

Ten staff members are currently involved in our sales activities, and two people including our CEO are specifically involved in cultivating new markets. Our representative director has worked in the technology field and conducts top-down sales, so we have the advantage of being able to make technical proposals immediately at a meeting.
