We have an extensive track record in various fields, including medical treatment, automobiles, electronic parts, labor-saving automation machines, engraving, cogs, and blades. We believe that our competitive advantage lies in our technological strength (high precision) and speed (closeness with the customer). High-precision micromachining and irregular-shape machining of difficult-to-machine materials and high-hardness materials are our strong points. We also develop and make suggestions on dedicated jigs and tools when necessary to maintain consistent quality. We have installed machining centers, grinders, and wire cut and die sinking EDM equipment in-house as part of an integrated production system to accommodate design changes and quick delivery requests.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We offer high-mix, quick-turnaround manufacturing services for high-hardness or difficult-to-machine materials even in small lots (from single articles). High-precision micromachining is available for irregularly shaped works. Our technology is supported by the latest high-performance machining tools (such as jig borers, CNC grinders, and wire cut EDM equipment) to realize high precision. Human resources constitute another element of our technology. We have technical capabilities that allow us to select optimal manufacturing methods and processes, and set up suitable processing conditions for the properties and shapes of materials.

Recently sudden changes in the external environment have been continuing, but this does not mean that our customers’ difficulties and demands will go away, however much society may change. We hope to understand their situation, and provide solutions with our enthusiasm, technologies, and know-how (regarding advanced high-precision machining technology and customer satisfaction).

We conduct sales activities in the form of participation in exhibitions to cultivate sales channels. Our production manager meets the customer, and makes suggestions from various points of view, including technology and know-how, because of potential technology issues. This especially applies to development and prototype-making projects. We carefully manage and store customer drawings according to our internal procedures. Our transfer rails and cutting blades are adopted by a major company for their labor-saving automation machines. These machines are exported to China, together with their components.
