Cutting-edge equipment for high quality and quick turnarounds: Our company produces molds from aluminum and copper alloys for processing from development and trial manufacturing to high-mix low-volume production, and we also manufacture mold casting products. We have established an integrated in-house production system from CAD data design to mold production, casting, machining, and inspection. Our company manufactures and machines cast parts made of nonferrous metals (aluminum and copper alloys), produces metal and wooden molds, and machines nonferrous metal parts (aluminum and copper alloys). We manufacture aluminum and copper alloy molds and also mold cast products from development and trial manufacturing to high-mix low-volume production. We have an integrated in-house system from CAD data design to mold production, casting, machining, and inspection. We apply our unique precision casting technology to manufacture high-quality products with thin walls, complicated shapes, and good surface smoothness.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We manufacture aluminum and copper casting parts for new models of Shinkansen bullet trains and for the brakes of N700 series Shinkansen bullet trains. Our company possesses 3D CAD systems, high-speed, high-precision simultaneous five-axis machining centers, and high-performance coordinate measuring machines. This cutting-edge equipment ranks at the top of the industry. This enables us to satisfy requirements for high precision and quick turnarounds under an integrated production system from mold design and casting to machining. Automobile engine parts are particularly difficult to manufacture by casting. We apply our unique precision casting technology to deliver even parts like these to our customers as high-quality completed products at quick turnarounds.
