We help save energy with our original spiral pipe that is intended for refrigerators and air conditioners.
Our company manufactures and sells energy saving devices and equipment. We developed the Miracle Coil spiral pipe for saving energy consumed by industrial refrigerators and air conditioners. We have concluded consignment sales contracts with air conditioner installers and sales companies to distribute our product in various fields. Our product improves the condensation efficiency of coolant just by attaching it to the liquid pipe of a refrigerator or air conditioner. It has been adopted by Dainichiseika Colour & Chemicals Manufacturing, Kanto Unyu, Ukima Gosei, automakers, auto parts makers, supermarkets, warehouses, transportation companies, and egg processing plants. We are also targeting overseas markets, and trying to increase sales in Thailand and other countries.
[Company strength] Our company worked with university researchers to conduct R&D on energy saving devices for refrigerators. We decided to independently manufacture and sell a product based on the findings from this research and verification tests at major companies. More than 300 units have been installed in freezing and refrigerating warehouses, chemical plants, food plants, supermarkets, and data centers. We provide all processes from pre-installation studies and post-installation verification of energy saving effects to follow-up on actual energy conservation. This has made it possible for us to install a large number of units, and the energy saving effects have proven to be higher than expected in all of these locations. [Business description] Our company develops, manufactures, and sells spiral pipes (Miracle Coil). [Industry] Manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] Our product appears to be simple, but it can be retrofitted to existing refrigeration or air-conditioning equipment in a short period, and effectively reduces energy consumption right after installation. It has no need for a motor or maintenance, and poses no risk of failure after installation. Freezer or air conditioner performance tends to be insufficient in summer due to the high temperature outside. This product helps maintain high cooling capabilities, which allows the user to decrease the contract demand so that electricity charges can be reduced by a large margin. This simple-looking product has been has been finely designed and cannot be easily imitated because of its structure. [Representative's message] CO2 reduction is an important global issue, and it had been said that major Japanese companies were running out of ideas for emissions reduction measures. Energy saving products for air conditioners and refrigerators can be our biggest strength in this context, because such products had been said to be impossible. Some Japanese companies that are operating overseas are trying to reduce CO2 emissions in other countries. One major company that installed our product is currently considering installing it in their plant in Thailand. We hope to use this as a foothold to start participating in exhibitions and increase our sales in Asian countries. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We visited Vietnam as our first step this year toward expansion, mainly to Asian countries. However, the business talks came to a halt when we discovered that energy conservation in Vietnam was different from Japan. We have since targeted Singapore and Thailand, where electricity charges are closer to those in Japan. We have started to train employees so that they can conduct market research and trading business for these markets. None of the competing manufacturers disclose the related figures, so it is hard for us to ascertain the scale of the market.
