We can handle processing from soft materials like sponge to difficult-to-machine materials like SUS304. We also handle resins, such as ABS, DURACON, NC nylon, vinyl chloride, and Bakelite. We develop parts for medical equipment that are free of screw loss or sticking even with vibration.

We do our best to meet customer requests from small-lot manufacturing to mass production mainly by NC lathing. We make use of our advantage as a small company to meet technical requirements in detail while holding discussions with customers. This is why our company is appreciated by customers. We process difficult-to-machine SUS304 by using our unique tools and know-how to manufacture products that satisfy customers both in lead time and cost. We can also handle resins, such as ABS, DURACON, NC nylon, vinyl chloride, and Bakelite. For example, we squeeze pipe ends and attach resins, process wiper test jigs (without any drawings), and create maintenance materials for machine parts by gauging.
