We offer automobile parts made under an integrated system including pressing, welding, electro-deposition coating, and assembly.
We propose physical distribution cost reductions by applying our integrated one-factory processing system including pressing, welding, cathodic electro-deposition coating, and assembly. We have a focus on automobile parts. In 2008 we started to apply precision pressing to manufacture hybrid cell parts. We satisfy customer requests in cathodic electro-deposition coating by preparing a choice of two colors: black and grey. We excel at coating small articles. We studied hanger manufacturing in our company and brought production in-house. We also install washing equipment for products and returnable boxes after electro-deposition. We can satisfy customer quality requirements with cleanroom shipping.
