We design customized optical networks to enrich the information society.
Our main business is optical network device manufacturing. We particularly excel in projects to replace optical transmission device and TV cables with optical fiber and POF, and spatial optical communications systems. We currently design, manufacture, and sell customized devices and network systems required under a continuing industry-government-university collaboration project. The goal is to support technological innovation with the theme of developing optical label switch routers and related devices. Our ONIB optical interface boxes are used in university-based research aiming at new applications in remote medicine, 3D HDV communications, and compact broadcast terminals.

Electric-optical converter for optical plastic fiber wiring
Our company will transfer the design/production technology of electrical-optical/optical-electrical converter (RF-E / O, O / E) that uses high-speed surface-emitting laser and GaAs-PD for plastic fiber wiring in indoor premises of 2K/4K/8K-TV broadcasting. This technology has been established as Japanese patent no. 6201140,TV Optical Transmission System Configuration. We already manufactured a prototype and are ready for a demonstration.
[Company strength] We continue to develop optical label switch routers and related devices through design, manufacturing, and sales of customized network systems. This was a theme in an industry-government-university collaboration project from 2002 to 2005 in support of technological innovation. It was overseen by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). We have participated in other projects that were also supported by public support programs. These included a program for promoting model startup projects originating in universities and major enterprises (Kanagawa Prefecture, 2005). We also participated in the Scope C program for R&D projects facilitating the development of regional ICT business (Kanto Bureau of Telecommunications, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, 2006). We have further improved products and prototypes developed during these R&D projects, which enables us to provide customized models for individual customer needs. (3) Spatial optical communications systems that directly send fiber output and receive signals through fiber with transmission bandwidth over 100 Gbps. (4) Compact generation system with automatic sunlight tracking functionality (a small, low-consumption system that automatically tracks sunlight using a cam roller and a single motor).
