[Company strength]
We have two improved gas furnaces for copper alloys and we are capable of conducting the entire production procedure from casting and cutting through to heat treatment in order to meet various needs of our customers. We make full use of our years of experience and specialized expertise to make quick deliveries in two to five days and provide very competitive products in terms of quality, cost and turnaround period.

[Business description]
Our company manufactures and sells copper alloy products including bearing bushings and liners. We also developed a special copper alloy called “DZ 400,” which concurrently meets the two contradictory requirements of having high sliding characteristic and high anti-seize property, and being very hard and highly abrasion resistant.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our strong point is that we can cast and process a wide variety of copper alloys including bronze castings (BC), phosphor bronze castings (PBC), lead bronze castings (LBC), aluminum bronze castings (ALBC) and high-strength brass castings (HBSC). We have defect control and segregation control technologies to create higher quality products using copper alloys that combine copper, the base element, and other materials such as zinc, lead, tin, aluminum and nickel. We also offer “DZ 400”, a proprietary copper alloy having high hardness, high sliding characteristic and high abrasion resistance, as well as carbon-added oilless metal. We possess a proprietary internal/external diameter cutting technology with accuracy of 0.01 to 0.02 μm for round-shaped copper alloy products that are highly deflective such as bushings, which is one of our main products.

[Representative's message]
We plan to increase sales by further improving the quality and productivity of fusioning, molding and machining of copper alloys for our main products, namely bushings, liners and pump casings. Although our DZ 400 is relatively expensive in comparison with other JIS-standard products of similar quality, it provides significant user value, taking into consideration its long service life, which is two to four times longer than other manufacturers’ products. In addition to promoting our DZ 400 business for new applications, we are also engaged in the development of a new copper alloy that will take advantage of DZ 400’s features and have higher hardness and abrasion resistance than the present product.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have no plans for overseas business development and thus are not structured for such operations. Our president and the sales department manager handle inquiries from major companies. We promptly visit customers’ site when a meeting is required.
