[Company strength]
Our company has four domestic branches (Head factory, Himeji factory, Kashiwa factory and Tohoku factory) and two overseas branches (China and Korea) to respond to both small- and large-scale products. In particular, our electrolysis tank of the highest class in Japan (length 6000 × width 4500 × height 3000 mm), allows us to perform surface treatment for various industrial machinery (main body, components and clasps). Moreover, our staff travel everywhere, which is unique in the plating business, to visit equipment manufacturers and end-users for our construction machinery services. Our group is eager to take on challenges.

Our company meets the needs of our customers for surface treatment (electrolytic polishing, hot-dip galvanizing, electroless nickel plating, precision cleaning, pickling, buff polishing, barrel polishing, passivation treatment, various cleaning (chemical cleaning and degreasing) and engineering that includes all processes from product manufacturing to surface treatment (general treatment including buff polishing), execution management and quality management. Many of our surface-treated products have been delivered in the fields of industrial machinery for pharmaceutical products, chemicals, foods, liquid crystals, semiconductors and others.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have a broad range of surface treatment techniques (electrolytic polishing, hot-dip galvanizing, electroless nickel plating, cleaning (degreasing, chemical cleaning and PS), pickling, passivation treatment, barrel polishing and buff polishing). We handle both small- and large-scale products and provide unparalleled original services suited to the product, for example, the development of electrolytes. We practice quality control using analytical equipment: SEM/EDS, surface roughness tester, potentiostat, TOC analyzer, oil content meter, liquid particle counter, ion chromatograph and atomic absorption spectrophotometer. We have acquired JIS Q 9100 certification, and will further improve the quality of our products.

Our company performs surface treatment such as plating and polishing for semiconductors, pharmaceutical products, chemicals, construction and other industrial machinery. We have four domestic factories and two overseas factories in the field of electrolytic polishing processing, and are engaged in positive activities with market leaders in Asia. In Japan, we will focus on surface treatment of products relevant to infrastructure improvement to contribute to sustainable growth.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We founded Korea Marui Co., Ltd. in Korea in 2004, and initiated the electrolytic polishing business. We founded Changzhou Marui Cleaning-Technology Co., Ltd. in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China in 2012, and initiated the electrolytic polishing business. We have expanded our overseas business mainly through these branches, and established a system for conducting service visits elsewhere in the world.
