We are expanding our business based on the twin pillars of powder processors and environmental equipment.

We manufacture industrial machines, and we are expanding our business in Japan and abroad. We mainly manufacture air blow feeders for moist and dry powder, powder mixers, crushers, blenders, and environmental equipment. We have many customers in Japan, including major companies such as Mitsubishi Chemical, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, JFE Steel, and Asahi Glass. We have exported our products to Palau, Indonesia, Taiwan, and the USA. Our air blow feeder was jointly developed with another private company. This patented conveyor is capable of transporting even moist powder, which used to be impossible. We are promoting sales of this product together with our unique equipment for composting organic waste.

[Company strength]
Our company became independent from a mining machine manufacturing department and was established as a powder machine manufacturer in 1982. We conducted R&D on a spray dryer in 1985. We make use of our recognized technical power to develop and provide air blow feeders, micro crushers, blenders, classifiers, organic waste fermenting and recycling equipment, and so on. Our air blow feeder (patented) that we jointly developed DIASALT Co., Ltd. in 1992 is capable of transporting even moist powder, which used to be impossible. This marked a new phase of manufacturing and quality management for various industries.

[Business description]
(1) Equipment for processing powder (granular and particulate matter): We manufacture and sell air blow feeders for moist and dry powder, powder mixers, crushers, and dryers.
(2) Environmental equipment: We manufacture and sell independently developed products. This includes equipment to manufacture fulvic acid, water-soluble bivalent iron, and water-soluble silicate. This equipment is used to manufacture materials for improving field soil, purifying rivers, lakes and the sea, decomposing environmental contaminants and sludge, and preventing sea desertification and red tide. We also offer equipment for manufacturing fully ripened compost from organic waste and equipment for manufacturing ultra-low-priced fuel from waste.

Industrial machine manufacturing and sales

[Strength of products/technologies]
(1) Our air blow feeder for moist and dry powder is based on a technology that is unique to our company both in Japan and abroad. Compressed air enables closed-circuit transport in which powder is transported through a duct without contacting outside air. This is optimal for quality management and sanitation management. The raw materials for foods, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals are mainly powder that contains water. It used to be impossible to transport moist powder by a conveyor or through a duct susceptible to blockage. The air blow feeder that we developed using our unique technology is being used for many manufacturing processes for foods, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
(2) Our composting equipment stably produces fully ripened, high-quality compost. Livestock breeding farmers have gained more profits by selling compost than from their mainline business. Our equipment has contributed to the improvement of livestock breeding, crop farming, and financial management for farmers. This is why we were honored with the The Japan Cross-industry Cooperation Association’s Excellent Product Award.
(3) We completed our manufacturing equipment for field soil improving fulvic acid, water-soluble bivalent iron, and water-soluble silicate after about 30 years of R&D. These environmental materials exhibit immediate effects in revitalizing Japan’s agriculture and fisheries. The test results have also been positive. These materials will be marketed soon, and will contribute to the revitalization of agriculture and fisheries, which have halved in the last decade, and to revitalizing the local economy.
(4) Our unique products for mixing, drying, and crushing powder are popular in various industries.

Rapid technological innovation and economic development have led to our continuing destruction of the rich natural environment in the sea, mountains, and rivers bequeathed to us by our predecessors. This environment is the source of life for humans, animals, and plants. We cannot help taking in foods contaminated with dioxins and other substances while feeling concerned about environmental changes around us. What will Japan and the world be like in the age of our children or grandchildren? We should earnestly tackle these issues now. We have a duty and responsibility to conserve the beautiful natural environment for ever by establishing a system for the safest treatment and recycling of organic and contaminant waste. Our company promotes R&D and manufacturing of powder processing equipment and optimal waste treatment and recycling equipment, including system engineering, to exceed conventional performance. We serve the fields of foods, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. We will work with our customers to improve the environment and revitalize the local economy. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our sales force consists of employees who are familiar with our technologies. We are working to extend our sales channels together with other companies having human resources in technical fields and weakness in sales.

[Market share/Ranking]
(1) We have provided moist powder air blow feeders to manufacturers of chemicals, foods, and pharmaceuticals as well as also ironworks. Our market share is unknown, but we are the only company both in Japan and abroad that possesses the technology for moist and dry powder pneumatic transport.
(2) We have sold 45 units of organic waste composting equipment in Japan and abroad, including the Republic of Palau and Indonesia, by word-of-mouth communication.
(3) We completed our composting equipment for fulvic acid, water-soluble bivalent iron, and water-soluble silicate after 15 years of research and testing. This highly anticipated equipment went on the market in April 2016. (We are studying sales methods such as agency sales.)

(1) Moist powder air blow feeder: Certification under the Act for the Promotion of New Business Activities by Small and Medium-Size Enterprises (March 1999); visited by Prime Minister Obuchi (February 1998); The Japan Cross-industry Cooperation Association, Excellent Product Award (February 2002).
(2) Plant for manufacturing compost by recycling organic wastes in the Kyushu region (manufacturing equipment for fully ripened compost of high quality): First Performance Certificate from Kyushu Recycling and Environmental Industry Plaza in 2007, with recommendations from Kyushu Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry and universities.

Both of our product lines have been introduced in the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun and other technical journals dozens of times.

Moist powder air blow feeder: Patent acquired in 1994 (Japanese Patent No. 7771772) in a joint application with DIASALT Co., Ltd.
We are preparing a patent application for modifications to the product because the original patent has expired.

(1) We acquired a patent acquired for our moist powder air blow feeder in 1994 (Japanese Patent No. 7771772; joint application with DIASALT Co., Ltd.). However, the patent term later expired during improvement with alterations and additions. We are now preparing for a patent application from a different angle.
(2) We are now preparing for a patent application regarding our product for manufacturing fulvic acid, water-soluble bivalent iron, and water-soluble silicate.

[Exhibition History/Information]
Participation in an exhibition imposes a great financial burden on a small company. It also costs too much for us to put out advertisements. Our recent business depends on inquiries through our website and word-of-mouth communication through regular users and trading firms. Website costs used to consume one-third of our sales. We could not spend money on our website, so our business transactions decreased drastically.
