Transport with robots and servo motors has become mainstream in recent years. We can, of course, use these as well, but what is distinctive about us above all is cam. When using various cams, the mechanism moves stably for a long time once it has started. We realize optimal handling from the fusion of our proven mechanisms and the latest technology. Transport methods with robots or servo motors are currently mainstream. Of course our company has mastered these products, but our specialty is cams. Cams have unique characteristics, in that movement continues stably for a long time once a mechanical operation is put into motion over a series of cams. We have a great deal of experience and extensive results with such cam mechanisms because of the many years we have been active in this field since our establishment. We also focus on image processing, such as visual inspection, as well as high-speed, high-precision positioning. We plan to create an optimal environment by assigning dedicated personnel, and by making use of both hardware and software.

Our company has supplied various automated production machines to meet the demands of the times, for products from 100-yen lighters to medical supplies (reagents, dialysis), capacitors, and solar cells. We were involved in automatic machinery for solar cells from a very early stage, so we were able to have a say in almost all cell manufacturing processes. This was of assistance to many domestic Japanese manufacturers. In recent years we have also focused on our automobile related business, and plan to expand it further. In the future we hope to expand to various industries so that we can make use of our diverse range of experience to support their Monozukuri craftsmanship.
