[Company strength]
Since our foundation, we have always focused on customer satisfaction. We constantly tackle new challenges in order to make the optimum proposals to our customers. Our strengths in machining are in precision lathing of workpieces 150 to 800 mm in diameter, and electron beam welding.

[Business description]
We are based in Kamo-shi, Niigata Prefecture, and are engaged in machining precision parts for semiconductor equipment and other uses, centering on vacuum parts. We own numerically controlled lathes, machining centers, wire cutters, electron beam welders, and other machinery for workpieces 30 to 800 mm in diameter, which enables integral production of parts. We also disseminate information about electron beam welding, which is one of our strengths, through two websites. One is a solutions site (ElectronBeamWelding.com), and the other a direct sales website for vacuum flanges (VacuumFlangeDirectSale.com).

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our electron beam welding has a significant advantage in that the heat that is used comes from kinetic energy. The result is that the technique achieves a much more stable welding quality compared to laser and other welding methods. It is also an electrically controlled automatic welding process, which enables accurate welding reproducibility. The technique therefore finds applications in high-value-added products that require extremely high quality and reliability in their welds, or welded parts, and other equipment that requires high-quality reproducibility in repeated welding. The technique continuously produces high-output irradiation, which enables the supply of vacuum containers and other leak-free products.

Our goal is to help our customers, which is our management principle. We address challenges in order to help even more corporate users. Sales operations limit the sales department to a small number of human resources. We therefore make it a rule to positively join as many events as possible.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are focused on exploring new sales channels through the Internet, and thus operate a solutions website (ElectronBeamWelding.com) and a mail order service website for vacuum flanges (VacuumFlangeMailOrder.com). We are also active in overseas transactions and have secured good routes for imports and exports. We are experiencing a shortage of personnel skilled in technical issues and in sales matters and are therefore working to secure such members to establish a system designed to enhance our sales capabilities.
