[Company strength]
Our philosophy is to pass down special technologies, make improvements, and train human resources. Technology and skills are transferred from veterans (certified First-Class Technicians and special die engineers) to young workers on a one-to-one basis. Other initiatives involving seminars, workshops, and certification tests by outside lecturers are also producing many certified workers in-house. Our improvement promotion committee continuously conducts productivity enhancement programs. Our manufacturing practice includes various manufacturing processes to offer flexible, agile solutions. These efforts have been well received by our customers, and we have been able to receive many inquiries from major trading companies throughout Japan.

Our company excels at processing metal products for a wide range of fields, including industrial parts, auto parts, agricultural machine parts, electric device parts, and food machine parts. Our company has been committed to technology development and capital investment since our establishment in 1938. We provide one-stop metal die solutions from design to press working, assembly, finishing, and welding, and our services earn customer trust.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Industrial parts and auto parts are subject to increasingly strict precision requirements. Our company has satisfied these needs by enhancing our design techniques and technologies. We also introduced 3D CAD to provide various kinds of die design regardless of the shape, and it is also useful in both prototype making and mass production. Press working for large products has always been our strength. We can provide one-stop solutions by making use of various kinds of equipment. This includes 45 to 500-ton tandem press systems, 300-ton and 400-ton hydraulic press machines, and 100 to 500-ton progressive servo press machines, and other equipment for post-press working processes.

Our company has long been committed to a high standard of Monozukuri craftsmanship that pleases our customers. Our company applies this experience to conduct many activities as an R&D-oriented factory to help our customers develop new products. We will circulate more information through J-GoodTech as a part of our sales promotion efforts, and promote new business opportunities in various fields.

Our company has an internal development team that includes staff members from our sales, technology, and production departments. This team provides careful, detailed responses to inquiries and business offers from potential customers (major companies, overseas companies, and so on).



[Market share/Ranking]
We have no precise data regarding our market share and ranking in the industry. However, our auto parts account for 42% of the total sales amount for Matsuda Motor, Toyota Motor, Nissan Motor, Honda Motor, and Daihatsu Motor. Stainless drawing for Company J’s coffee mills is mostly processed by overseas manufacturers. However, there is a drawing product (t = 0.5, diameter 50 × 100 height) where we conduct most of the manufacturing processes (drawing, surface finishing). It has been well received by the customer.

Our company passed the strict evaluation standards of TUV Rheinland Japan to acquire ISO 9001:2008 certification.

We had a four-year project with Company M to develop a new type of heat exchanger.

Our customer base includes over 140 companies in total.
