We are expanding our business with products like LED modules and a super-thin type LED bulletin board. 

We manufacture and sell LED related products. We have a track record with products including a super-thin type LED bulletin board, and LED modules used in LED ceiling illumination for elevators. We are further expanding our sales. We have delivered our products to customers such as the Japanese Green Cross as well as Hitachi and Hitachi Building System. We also have a cooperating company in Korea, and we are developing our overseas business through this company. We are working to make our company better known and to expand our sales by participating in large-scale exhibitions as well as acquiring customers by using agents.

[Company strength]
We have accumulated various technologies in our OEM manufacturing for major elevator manufacturers, including LED technology, reliability testing technology, QC technology, and failure analysis. Such experience also greatly helps us in developing our original LED products. We have also collaborated with several Korean companies in the mass production business for elevators, and we have established broad channels with them. We continue to frequently exchange information on subjects such as new technology and new LED product development. This is why we have confidence in quick product development. Our president also had experience as an IT engineer before starting this business, and is familiar with ICT technology such as signage which is intertwined with LEDs.

[Business description]
(1) We manufacture LED modules used in LED ceiling illumination for major elevator manufacturers under OEM contracts. We have been conducting mass production every month for the past three years.
(2) We are the general importing agent in Japan for LED desk lights made by the U.S. company KONCEPT. We mainly do business with facilities such as hotels, libraries and local governments, furniture manufacturers, illumination manufacturers, and so on. 
(3) We offer product planning, development, and sales of our original LEDORNA series of super-thin type LED products. This includes thin film LED products and the LED Matrix super-thin LED bulletin board (available from a smartphone).

[Strength of products/technologies]
Both of our products feature super-thin or flexible characteristics: (1) thin type film LED products, and (2) the Matrix super-thin type flexible LED display system. We mass-produce our products using a manufacturer that is one of world’s top 10 LED package manufacturers. This company possesses excellent mass-production technology because it deals with manufacturing for domestic Japanese automobile companies. It also serves the major domestic Japanese consumer electronics appliance manufacturers, as well as providing OEM supply for major companies in Japan. Our company deals with overall product planning, preliminary design, and various kinds of software design. This is why we can flexibly handle in-house software improvement (position information and sensor coordination).

[Representative's message]
Our (1) thin type film LED product and (2) LED Matrix super-thin type LED bulletin board have not been on the market for very long. This is why awareness of these products is still low at present. We are targeting various industries as markets, including signs and displays, amusements (pachinko, karaoke, and game centers), disaster prevention and crime prevention, events, rental and leasing, and apparel. We now hope to focus on finding agencies in each business category, and on sales as an OEM provider. (This is because we have a limited number of staff.)

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Market cultivation: Exhibition at large-scale exhibitions; customer acquisition using agencies (signs, disaster prevention goods, etc.); sales to catalog sales companies; sales to display business companies; sales to event business companies; and so on.
Overseas expansion: We have a limited number of staff, so we are not targeting overseas expansion. We ask for support from our cooperating company in Korea in response to inquiries from overseas, because they have a sales network in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
Corporate structure: We have a limited number of staff, so our president directly oversees sales. The staff in the general affairs and accounting section supports phone inquiries, overseas trade, and shipping and receiving management.

(1) Thin type film LED products: No competitors as of August 2015. We anticipate the use of these products in areas such as sign displays, events, the safety goods industry, and amusements.
(2) LED Matrix super-thin LED bulletin board: No competitor as of October 2015. We anticipate the use of this product in areas such as safety goods, events, rentals and leasing, signs, and the amusement industry.
