[Company Strengths]
We have built up extensive experience and know-how about trial manufacturing. We can make well-considered VE/VA proposals. We can handle short delivery times required in trial manufacturing without exceptions. These are our company’s three main strengths.

We propose changes of processing method, shape, and materials in our VE/VA proposals by considering quality, cost, and delivery. For example, we propose sheet metal for parts that do not need to be manufactured with high precision. We propose the elimination of what is unnecessary in terms of functions. We can also change to low-cost material if the changes do not affect the strength. Our customers placing repeat orders use our company as a synonym for trial manufacturing of sheet metal products.

Our mainline business is to manufacture parts for a great variety of machines and devices by precision sheet metal working. Our products are used for pharmaceutical machines, ticket vending machines, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, FPD manufacturing equipment, textile machines, medical equipment, and food manufacturing equipment. We satisfy various customer requests from trial manufacturing to mass production, including high-mix low-volume production, and variant and variable production.

[Product and Technical Strengths]
There are many limitations about the delivery and specifications of trial products. For example, a trial product must be delivered without delay for testing and evaluation on schedule. Significant changes are not permitted and a trial product close to the drawing must be created. We have applied our past experience to secure low-load processing machines as well as skilled full-time workers and built up dedicated production lines to solve these issues. We also possess many special molds that we have manufactured to satisfy many trial manufacturing orders. We can provide products at low cost and at short turnarounds because we can manufacture articles by special bending without manufacturing new molds. We think these are our product and technical strengths.

[Representative's Message]
The purpose of trial manufacturing is to give shape to what a designer has in mind. I think this is our mission. We want to create square things from round ones. Even when we know we will certainly fail with a round article, we give it a try. That is our business. We cannot give any advice if we are caught up in preconceived ideas. We give shape to things and also deliver them with various byproducts produced during the process, such as ideas for mass production. We want to expand this service to new customers in the medical, food, and pharmaceutical industries.

[In-house System for Market Cultivation and Overseas Expansion]
Our company has three people for market cultivation including technical consultation: the representative director, the executive director, and the sales rep. We now do business mainly with customers in Japan and have not established a system for overseas business expansion. We will build up a system with advice from supporting organizations if we receive inquiries in future.
