We achieved both safety and cost effectiveness in developing a single-pipe piles based on on-site needs.
We manufacture metal products for construction. We devised connection fittings for single-pipe piles through our grating business and developed them into our main products, including associated products. This involves a single-pipe pile, which can also be piled into hard soil and asphalt by introducing folding processing at the tip portion. We combined this pile a with joint material created from on-site needs for complete piling from a high position. This is how we have achieved cost effectiveness and safety. We are now advancing application development, such as utilization for base portions of solar power generators and so on. We have established business sites in Sri Lanka and the Philippines, and we are aggressively advancing overseas expansion.

[Company strength] We always take on the challenge of quick support. We take advantage of our small number of staff, in-house development and manufacturing capabilities, and the creation of new products targeting enhanced work efficiency and safety. [Business description] Our company was founded in Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture as a private company in the steel industry. We started to manufacture gratings in 1991, and became a corporation in 1997. We have since established business sites in Sri Lanka and the Philippines for expanding our business. Since 2013 we have been developing products and merchandise associated with a single-tube pipe-connection fitting we devised (patent pending) as our original new business. We are a steel manufacturer (with particular strength in manufacturing metal products for construction), but we continuously create original products. This is done by making use of the extraordinary ideas devised by our skillful employees, and by overcoming repeated failures in difficult machining, lathing, and forming processing. This will be done by making use of the experience in manufacturing metal products for construction which we have been cultivating for many years. We also aim to develop new fields by making use of our flexible inventiveness and ideas.
