We have been involved in the fiber industry since our foundation in 1918. We have developed new business categories according to the trends of the times. We are now working on deepening our specialty of mechanical processing, and our services cover from procurement to assembly. We manufacture transportation equipment parts under an integrated system including processing, assembly, and coating. We have introduced state-of-the-art equipment, and our goal is to further refine our technology. [Company strength]
We have independently procured castings and casting materials to date, so we have done business with many manufacturers of rough mold materials. This is how we can satisfy various requirements. We retain 17 manufacturing engineers to manufacture various types of products, so we can quickly handle starting up new products and modifying specifications. We can also provide urgent or short-term support capacity because we possess sufficient machining centers, NC lathes, and so on. We can also make use of our extensive range of measuring equipment to reliably evaluate manufactured products. This includes three sets of 3D precision measuring machines.

Our company was founded in 1918. We were involved in the fiber industry, which was flourishing at that time, and since then we have flexibly developed our business territory according to the trends of the times. We work on proposals that contain added value by enhancing our specialty of mechanical processing, and by maintaining an integrated service system covering from material procurement to assembly. These efforts resulted in the present technological foundation of our company. We manufacture transportation equipment parts in an integrated system including processing, assembly, and coating. We pursue customer satisfaction by meticulous work on managing huge quantities of parts, and so on. We aggressively invest in CAD/CAM systems and state-of-the-art equipment, with the goal of further refining our technology.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can make proposals on product specifications based on our wealth of experience in procurement and processing of castings and casting materials. We can conduct highly precise part processing by combining machining center and five-axis compound processing with 3D measurement. We have achieved high sensitivity to minute defects in hydrogen tank parts and in appearance design.

Major companies are advancing overseas expansion of production regardless of the currency exchange rate. This is why the conventional role of Monozukuri craftsmanship required for local SME industries has been changing. We are a local enterprise in Hamamatsu City, and we have been growing with a focus on motorcycles. It has become difficult to maintain growth based on motorcycles alone, and we have been working to develop new fields and further refine our technology since the Lehman Shock. We are also interested in achieving further enhancement of what we have cultivated to date. We are involved in partnerships and joint development with other companies to pass down assets to the next generation. We hope to actively take advantage of opportunities to take on challenges.

We have assigned responsibility for domestic Japanese sales to several expert contract employees who had worked for trading companies. We are cultivating demand and expanding sales in various regions.

We have a 100% share of the motorcycle wheels produced by Yamaha Motor in Japan (processing, coating, and assembly of cast wheels, and assembly of spoke wheels).
We have a share of about 50% of the aluminum cast parts in components of motorcycle frames produced by Yamaha Motor and Suzuki Motor.
