We manufacture precision parts and other components, making full use of our accumulated technology and expertise from welding to sheet metal cutting. We perform high-mix small-lot manufacturing of semiconductor-related devices, parts for sanitary plants, parts related to power generation, parts for the medical and aerospace industries and others. We provide development prototypes and technical proposals to meet our customers’ needs. Precision welding of thin plates is our strength, and we have the technology for YAG laser welding, plasma welding, spot welding and TIG welding. We supply the most appropriate product meeting the required dimensional precision. We also handle precision working of sheet metal including 3D-shaped sheet metal using the designated CAD, and are highly experienced in the production of custom-made pipes from plate materials.

[Business description]
We design and manufacture precision parts and other components, making full use of our accumulated technology and expertise in precision welding, sheet-metal processing and cutting work (NC lathe/machining center). Most of our products, such as semiconductor-related devices, parts for sanitary plants, parts for power generation, and parts for the medical and aerospace industries, are manufactured in high-mix low-volume lots. We handle many different types of development prototypes, are consulted by customers on the design of products, particularly in terms of welding, and we also provide technical proposals.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Product strengths include precision welding technology for thin plates, such as YAG laser welding (for fine welding and ultrathin welding), plasma welding (for thin plate welding), spot welding (from a plate thickness of 20 m), and TIG welding. We select the most appropriate welding machine in accordance with the required dimensional precision, strength and deformation, to ensure high-quality products. We handle precision processing of sheet metal including 3D-shaped sheet metal using the designated development CAD, and we also process other materials. We are highly experienced in the production of custom-made pipes from plate materials.

We have established a company system that enhances the quality/performance while controlling costs in order to provide low-cost products. We also provide after-sales services, including overhaul and repair to extend the product life. One of our original products is called work stocker. It prevents dents/surface imprints caused by dropping and collision when workpieces are discharged from a processing machine, such as a lathe and grinder.
