We design, manufacture, and sell measurement equipment, peripheral devices for semiconductor testers, and measurement jigs. We also design, manufacture, and sell cooling equipment and temperature controllers for electronic equipment. We excel at temperature control. We have built a temperature control reliability test system by using a small thermostat tank and a temperature controller, which can control the temperature from -55 ℃ to 150 ℃. Using a windless thermostat tank makes it possible to shorten the waiting time and reduce the temperature irregularity to a range from ±5 ℃ to ±0.5 ℃. We conduct integrated thermal design, mechanical design, and jig development, and propose optimal equipment for solving high-level thermal problems.
[Product description] Small desk-top windless thermostat tank This product is a small desk-top windless thermostat tank, which can control the temperature from -55 ℃ to 150 ℃. Wind is circulated in a conventional thermostat tank, so it is inevitable that error of about ±5 ℃ is contained in the measuring accuracy. Error as high as 10 ℃ requires an excessive design margin (safety rate) for electronic parts. This results in increased design costs. The temperature in our windless thermostat tank is controlled without having to use wind, so a windless space is achieved.
