Our company can experimentally manufacture or mass-produce products with complicated shapes machined with high accuracy. We can also comprehensively stabilize quality in terms of dimensional accuracy and appearance. We have built up a track record and know-how by experimentally manufacturing or mass-producing a great variety of parts. Applications of our products include communications equipment, medical equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. We make use of comprehensive strengths in CNC lathing, machining, wire cut EDM, lapping, and assembly. We can finish inner and outer diameters with high accuracy just by machining. We also take on the challenge of addressing partial peeling of plating from micro parts, thin-product machining, and mirror machining.

Our company provides high-level parts to the medical, optical communications, industrial equipment, and aerospace industries where precision and accuracy are expected. This is done by machining with precision lathes and machining centers. We have acquired ISO 9001 certification for all our departments, and we work with customer satisfaction, quick turnarounds, and quality assurance in processing as our watchwords. Our Miyagi Factory was licensed for medical equipment manufacturing on March 31, 2015. We are actively taking on challenges in new fields.

Our main products are parts related to communications equipment, medical equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, automated production lines, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, aerospace, OA equipment, and automobiles.

Our company has built up a track record and experience through precision machining and assembly related to optical communications equipment. We are applying this experience in machining precision parts with CNC automatic lathes, machining centers, and plane lapping machines. We also assemble mechanically engineered products, including bonding, joining, and press-fitting. We have achieved nano-order (100 nm) accuracy. We can obtain parts at low cost by making use of our strengths in material procurement and in-house production when assembling mechanically engineered products. We are working to maximize yields in press-fitting with micron-order inner and outer dimension management based on our in-house processing technologies.
