[Company strength]
We have a management system in place to meet the aircraft industry’s strict traceability requirement. Some airline companies and airframe manufacturers highly evaluate our products because of our many years of dealing with interior item manufacturers, and eventually we are successfully increasing transactions with them. Based on our half a century of experience, we have strong links with materials manufacturers. We conduct evaluations and trial use of the latest materials and can get information at an early stage. Using this information-gathering capability, we consult with customers’ design and technology divisions as early as in the stage of materials selection and propose optimal materials and processing methods.



[Business description]
We are a specialist manufacturer of business-use seals, labels, and stickers. We have been producing industrial labels under contract since our foundation in 1967. In particular, we excel at labels that require high weather resistance which are used mainly outdoors, such as name plates of railroad cars and placards and signs for aircraft.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Regarding quality, we have many printing engineers with color control skills, and their outstanding tone reproduction capability is highly praised. While many competitors in the same industry use outside contractors to conduct plate-making processes, we have our own equipment for plate-making and therefore can cope with orders with a very short delivery time. We have various types of equipment and can produce up to 160,000 printed seals per day. We can also cope with wide-variety small-lot printing. For large products, we can handle up to 1,000 x 2,000 mm screen printing and cutting work. Our products are ideal for outdoor signs and markings. We also focus on product development and have developed our own products, high-brightness luminous labels and white luminous inks.

We produce our labels with “energy”, which is our management philosophy, the essence of management, the pride of experienced engineers in manufacturing, and the passion of sales people keen to be of service to customers. Energy is our hope for safety and security for all end users of equipment and transportation where our labels are used. We try to express everything including all this invisible something. We strive to satisfy customers in the airline industry and railroad industry around the world particularly in terms of quality, delivery time, and price. With those advantages, we look forward to serving new customers.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Currently we are restructuring our production management system. In addition, we are planning to obtain JIS Q 9100 certification, a quality management standard for the aerospace and defense industries. When completed, we will become the only Japanese printing company specialized in the aerospace industry.” We are determined to keep receiving orders from existing customers and be ready to receive orders from other companies in the same line of business as those regular customers or their competitors.
