[Company strength]
The field of precision parts machining always requires high precision, and until now most parts manufacturers have mainly used machining technology. However, grinding can achieve higher precision than machining, so our company’s precision grinding technology has been highly evaluated. Our company excels at manufacturing poppet valves, which are hydraulic components, and we conduct all the manufacturing processes other than thermal processing in-house. Our grinding method is called whetstone fabrication. This involves processing the component using an NC lathe, and then processing its jagged part once more using an NC cylindrical grinder. Tolerances in outside diameter, roundness and concentricity are within 2.0 microns, which remain the same in mass production.

Our company has been striving since its establishment in 1970 to become an independent company that is needed by customers and the community. We have met customer needs through our customer-first policy, and are active in capital investment and technological innovation. Our company offers one of the highest-quality hydraulic components in the field of agricultural and industrial machinery. Our line of business includes manufacturing and processing precision parts for agricultural and industrial machinery. This includes cylindrical grinding, internal grinding, plane grinding (flat surfaces and both ends), centerless grinding, and machining with NC lathes.

[Strength of products/technologies]
(1) Precision grinding within an inner and outer diameter tolerance of 2.0 microns: The tolerance for the outer diameter is reduced to less than 2.0 microns. This is done by making the most of all our experience and data in the field of the management and selection of temperature, processing conditions, and whetstones.  
(2) Highly precise management of inner and outer diameter concentricity: To achieve this it is important to process multiple inner and outer diameters simultaneously. We managed to maintain inner and outer diameter concentricity tolerance at 5.0 microns. This was done by loosely fixing the product’s outer diameter with a high-precision pneumatic chuck, which was made possible by our own improvement of jigs.
(3) Established a quality assurance system with a wide range of measuring equipment: We guarantee the precision of the high-precision processing technologies in (1) and (2) by using high-precision measuring equipment, which has earned customer trust.

Technical inquiries from potential customers are responded to by sales representatives and engineers, as well as by the president. Our employees are young (average age 37), so we can be agile, flexible, and quick in meeting customer needs for advanced products.
