We are a precision part manufacturer that now also serves the aerospace field.
Our company is a precision part manufacturer established in 1967. We expanded our business to the automobile, food processing, and medical equipment fields, as well as the semiconductor manufacturing equipment field. We now supply products to these fields and have recently entered the aerospace field. We do business with such major domestic Japanese companies as Tokyo Electron, NHK Spring, and Canon. Our company has exported products to an overseas company through a trading firm. We have confidence in our technology power. [Company strength] Our company has been making various equipment investments to satisfy customer requests, including introducing tool polishing machines, and working on skill acquisition is an important task for us. We have many qualified workers with welding and machining licenses. This is why we are now capable of integrated product processing by designing and assembling vacuum chambers for both cutting and welding as well as electrodes and devices. We can also provide products requiring cleanness and vacuums because we have leak detectors and other vacuum-related devices. We also constantly work on quality management. [Business description] We support our customers’ Monozukuri craftsmanship with our design and assembly technologies and various means of manufacturing. We possess machining centers, lathes, and other machines for simultaneous five-axis processing, welding (TIG, YAG, and electron beam), small-diameter hole processing, ultrasonic cleaning, and vacuum processing. We also employ a high-precision CNC tool polishing machine to manufacture and re-polish cutting tools, including special tools. We provide metal-worked products to companies in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment, automobile, food processing, and medical equipment industries, and we are now also serving the aerospace industry. [Industry] Precision part machining, welding, design, and assembly [Strength of products/technologies] Machining: We handle a widely range of processing from light alloys to difficult-to-machine materials. Our accuracy is as high as 10 μ, and we are capable of processing workpieces as large as up to 4000 × 2100 × 715. We are capable of drilling small holes (diameter 0.03 mm through holes in 1 mm thick aluminum plates; diameter 0.3 mm through holes in 3 mm thick stainless steel plates). We can perform high-speed machining with high-speed rotation of 30,000 rpm (effective for improving appearance quality and reducing processing time). Precision sheet metal working and welding: We can now handle a broad range of products. This is because we introduced a new hybrid YAG welding machine and electron beam welding machine, in addition to our conventional sheet-metal working and welding equipment. This is linked to our machining processing. We can now manufacture even products that cannot be realized by other companies (sheet material cutting, TIG, YAG and electron beam welding, then finishing).
