We are expanding sales of our unique semiconductor inspection products in Japan and abroad.

Our company develops and manufactures semiconductor inspection equipment. We developed a freely arrangeable multi-pin, narrow-pitch probe card for semiconductor inspection. We will extend sales of this product in semiconductor-related fields to increase our business volume backed by the trend for small, advanced semiconductor inspection equipment. Our probe card can inspect integrated circuits (ICs) with any kind of terminal arrangement however narrow the pitches may be. The probe tip also enables fine control of pressing force and slippage. This ensures inspection without damaging the IC terminals. We are promoting sales of this product in Japan and overseas, and we are hastening to construct a sales agency network.

[Representative's message]
Our company has been independently researching unique, novel methodologies to realize next-generation probe cards since our establishment in 1999. We proposed a new methodology and named it the Advanced Micro-Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical System (AMMECS). The AMMECS probe card can solve many issues that are difficult with conventional products. Our aim is to provide comprehensive technology that can contribute to excellent product characteristics and also to reducing user costs. We are already receiving inquiries from many semiconductor-related users.
