We specialize in rubber molds, and we are expanding our business in Japan and abroad.

Our company is a rubber mold manufacturer expanding business in Japan and abroad. We manufacture products for a wide range of fields, including light and heavy electric machines, automobiles, precision machines, and medical equipment. We have confidence in our technical power. We can design and manufacture molds for three kinds of resin molding methods: compression, transfer, and injection. We aim to increase our business volume by satisfying various customer needs from small precision machines to molds as large as 500 mm square or 800 mm long. We opened a factory in Thailand in March 2015 to accelerate our business expansion in Japan and overseas.

Our company has a head office and factory equipped with many advanced machining centers and NC lathes. We have a factory in Tateishi City (Tokyo) equipped with high-precision EDM processing machines and machining centers. We manufacture products from small precision machines to molds as large as 500 mm square or 800 mm long. Our factory in Thailand initiated operations in March 2015 to satisfy the needs of customers who are now advancing overseas. We also acquired ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certification in 2009. Our efforts are not limited to documentation or work management. We also focus on activities that are important for effectiveness.

Our company is a rubber mold manufacturer established in 1952. Our molds are used for manufacturing rubber parts and components in various fields, including light and heavy electric machines, automobiles, precision machines, and medical equipment. We can design and manufacture molds for three major molding methods: compression, transfer, and injection. Our consistent subject is to manufacture unrivaled mold products with high accuracy and quality, with as quick a turnaround as possible.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have applied the craftsmanship and know-how we have cultivated since the establishment of our company to promote numeric control (NC) and systemization. Having NC and systemization that are a step ahead of the competition has improved our competitiveness. We have confidence in our technologies, such as our nesting technology, which can be used in mold manufacturing. Parts having special or complicated shapes or that are difficult to process in an integrated form are manufactured separately and incorporated into base molds. Our nesting does not allow joints to be even slightly visible, or to deviate even after a long period of time. This is genuine craftsmanship. Our company has many excellent craftsmen and can even repair or alter most molds manufactured by other companies. This technical ability is also our advantage.

Our company has always worked as a manufacturer of rubber and plastic molds since its establishment in 1952 with the policy of providing top-quality molds at the quickest turnaround.  We became the first in the industry to implement cutting-edge machine tools. We have been accumulating know-how and improving technology while enriching our equipment by adopting cutting-edge systems. All our staff consider it to be a matter of course to preserve the high accuracy and quick turnarounds that we have been maintaining as a mold manufacturer in Japan. We can maintain win-win business relationships with our customers because our molds can be used for many years. We will work as hard as we can to satisfy customer expectations under the philosophy of reflecting the opinions of actual users in mold manufacturing.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Many mold users have production sites in countries around Thailand and have difficulties in mold maintenance. This is the context in which we established a factory in Thailand, which was also done at the request of our current customers. This factory manufactures new molds and maintains molds manufactured in Japan. We have established the same environment at this factory as in Japan, and we are working to maintain Japanese quality outside Japan. We believe that land connections will be our advantage when expressways are constructed as infrastructure and tariffs are eliminated. We are establishing a backup system in which machines actually used in Japan are brought in. This is done so that the same machines can be manufactured in Japan and provided in case of any problems.

Our company directly delivers molds for diaphragms, grommets, brake cups, and so on to the automobile field. We deliver molds for rollers and lenses to the OA field, and syringes, needle-piercing rubber plugs and so on to the medical field.
